Summary:
SeaCastles F36 is a modern upstairs 1 BR apartment in a quaint gated community in the Rose Hall area. The view from the apartment is breathtaking; 180 degree view of the emerald Caribbean Sea directly in front of you, with lush gardens lined with 50 foot palm trees to the sides. The property has a mile-long golden sand beach, lap pool, restaurant and tennis court. We provide complimentary access to the Rose Hall Beach Club with this rental.

This rental is located in the private and gated community of SeaCastles at Rose Hall. This is a fully remodeled and newly refurbished apartment. It features 1 bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a wonderful outdoor patio with unobstructed views, panoramic ocean and beach views from the living room as well as mountain view from the bedroom. There is a king size elevated bed in the master room. The bathroom is well furnished with glass shower enclosure, marble seat and quality fittings, ensuring a luxurious feeling. Both bedroom and living room have AC, WiFi, a smart TV, black-out curtains and sufficient storage space.

Towels are provided and refreshed every four days. There is a lap size newly refurbished pool in the complex and is private only for the use of the permanent residents and short term guests of the complex, the beach is a must-visit. Your stay with us comes with free access to the Rose Hall Beach Club, open from 9am-5pm daily, located two minutes away by car.

The kitchen opens up into a spacious, natural light filled living and dining space with a comfortable 4-seater dining table and a very comfy sleeper sofa.

Several parking slots are available in front and on the side of the building where the apartment is situated.

The gated community in which our luxurious apartment is situated is slightly dated, it does have an antiquated feel to it but plans are in place for a revamp.

If you fancy a round of golf the apartment lies in very close proximity to 3 internationally rated courses – The White Witch, The Half Moon and Cinnamon Hill.

Guest Access:
In order to enter the apartment our beloved guests will be given a digit entry code for the electronic lock. This is a contact less entry as per COVID recommended guidelines. Guests have full access to the entire unit entire use of the complex – swimming pool, tennis court and beach.

The Neighborhood:
The SeaCastles gated community is a sprawling multi-acre beach front property full of cosmopolitan tenants and unit owners, many of whom congregate by the near-olympic size lap pool or mile-long sandy beach. To the west of SeaCastles is the Golden Corridor of Tourism home to the Hilton Hotel & Water Park, The Cinnamon Hill, White Witch & Half Moon Golf Courses, the Montego Bay Convention Centre, The Jewel Grande, Half Moon and Hyatt hotels. For shopping and groceries both the Main Street Jamaica and Half Moon Village are within a 5 minutes drive. The world famous Scotchies Jerk eatery is located at Main Street Shopping Centre just 3 minutes away.

To the east is the town of Greenwood which has a brand new multi-isle supermarket, large hardware and fantastic beach front dining spot apply named the "Chillout Hut". A further 1 minute away is the Far Out Fish Hut which serves the best escovitch fish on the island, be prepared for a long wait but it is worth it, try to pre-order.

Getting Around:
We offer airport pick-up with a supermarket stop and airport drop off at a very reasonable cost. We also offer transport to the Rose Hall Beach Club, Chukka Tours pick-up point and around Montego Bay at low rates, just let us know you require transport.

When booking, kindly ensure you have selected the correct number of guests.

At an additional fee laundry and cooking services are available. Menu includes delicious dishes spanning from local Jamaican to exquisite Asian. All it takes is to let us know your favorite taste and our responsive team will prepare it for you. A nanny can also be provided at an additional fee for the parents to enjoy a romantic night at one of the award winning fine-dining restaurants proximate to SeaCastles.

This is an eco-friendly home - the AC will turn off after 3 minutes if the door or window is left open, or if the room is unoccupied for 15 minutes.

Visitor Policy

Only the number of guests on the booking may enter the property. Should guests wish to have visitors they are required to make a request through the platform they booked on. A Government issued photo ID is required for each visitor and admission is subject to approval. Visitors are not allowed on property without prior approval.

Absolutely no visitors will be allowed after 10pm. Additional guests must be added to the booking.

Did not look like the pictures and I was very disappointed
I didn’t feel very safe and it was nothing like what the pictures showed they had bugs in the kitchen and some kind of mouse or bat poop in the upstairs guest room the only thing I like was the restaurant and the people that worked in it the host was not as nice as other vrbo places I have stayed and very short with answers and we told her about the bugs and her response was unfortunately with a old apartment building you have those issues I have stayed many places and never had any kind of issues like this before therefore I will probably not revisit Jamicia unless it’s a Sandals resort 🙂

Biggest ripoff/aurgumentative service/ failure vacation ever
To start there was unnecessary back and forth with a request for transportation to and from unit on arrival and departure! Added fees, late pick up and forced early departure- harassment! Unit did not have spare linen, towels or beach towels forced to place deposit for towels - 1 only linen and towels change! Towels rougher than sand paper. Old unmatched pots and pans, plates plastic, no toaster for 4 days, stove never worked, a/c constantly turning off due to motion sensors. Host/ management uncaring, rude, disrespectful, failed to respond, did not meet obligations! Properly dirty broken items, wires exposed, broken- uneven walkways, railings so dangerously rusted out, unsafe persons onsite for gated community and areas, filthy beaches / pool, pool deck uneven broken! 5 lounge chairs 2 broken all filthy dirty! As a declared movement disabled person countless stairs to pool beach and unit. Stairs dirty, no lighting, railings so dirty they are sticky! By far having spent so much to vacation- we feel the trip was a total theft of our money, time and enjoyment! This site is a scam and the owner management are thieves!!!! We want compensation for this scam service-not sure if we will ever use VRBO or like services ever again!!
