The house is perfectly located for short trips to Assisi, Perugia, Lago Trasimeno and slightly further afield to a number of places in Tuscany such as Siena. Olimpia and Elena are fantastic hosts. E' immersa nel verde, con una piscina mozzafiato vista colline umbre e un tramonto da togliere il fiato. 5 camere da letto con relativi bagni, biliardo, tavolo da ping pong e biliardino....passeggiate nel verde...barbecue....non aggiungo altro! "We really enjoyed our stay at Case Nucci. Riccardo is friendly, helpful and a great host. The location is perfect to visit Perugia, Assisi and other fabulous hill towns. The mattresses and bed linens were outstanding. Per government regulations (Ukraine war) there wasn’t any heat during our stay so the evenings were chilly. Making a fire was the only option, the wood was an extra charge every evening that that was unexpected. Kitchen essentials would have been appreciated. Overall score is...
