This splendid independent vacation home with private pool in Saline Joniche, on the Ionian coast and only 20 km from Reggio Calabria, is only 650 m from the sea. The beauty of nature, suggestive landscapes, historical testimonies and the warmth of a hospitable land make this place the perfect solution for a relaxing, peaceful, regenerating and unforgettable vacation. The house is carefully furnished and has a large and well-maintained garden with table, chairs and barbecue where you can eat outside or sunbathe, read a book and refresh yourself in the beautiful pool. The property is located on three levels. On the first floor is a large living area with two sofa beds, a bedroom and a bathroom. A beautiful interior staircase leads to the lower floor, where the kitchen with fireplace and dining room are located. On the second floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which has a whirlpool. Each room on the second floor has an open panoramic terrace where you can relax while enjoying spectacular sunsets and breathtaking views of the sea, which on clear days reaches as far as Sicily and Mount Etna. This is an excellent base from which to explore the surrounding area and the natural beauty of this region of Calabria. Don't miss the city of Reggio Calabria with its beautiful promenade, the National Museum with the famous Riace bronzes, the Cathedral. A little further away is the beautiful village of Scilla. Ferries to Sicily depart from the port of Reggio Calabria and from Villa San Giovanni. Reggio Calabria airport is only 20 km away. Four-legged friends are welcome!
