"Excellent property with terrific rooftop patio and pool that is actually decent for lapswimming early mornings! Apartment was comfortable, clean and spacious with modern vibe. Super convenient to SCU and Cal Train."

"Located nearby Westfield shopping centre and Santana. Local dining nearby and food mall in Westfield was a great option for quick dining. Staff at front desk were extremely nice and very helpful. Everything met my expectations and beyond. Shall definitely be returning."

"Great location and great apartment. Good value for what you get. Kitchen could be better appointed. Pickup process was pretty bad. Concierge with keys was nowhere to be found. "

"Very comfortable apartment with full kitchen washer and dryer. We stayed 5 nights and hosted a small gathering for the holidays. Will definitely be coming back! Pool is lovely, it’s heated and a nice size spa. Did not use workout room but looked well equipped. It is near the train tracks but building is very new with great construction so barely heard the train whistle. "

"Cute and cozy place perfect for two people. It was close to Santa Cruz and met all of our expectations. It’s quietly located up a hill to where you can see the ocean from the kitchen window. Jim, the property manager was awesome to work with. Loved the way he kept the communication with us during our stay. I will definitely stay there again. "

"This place was absolutely beautiful, best morning view . A perfect getaway to relax and the kiddos to play some beach volleyball. We definitely will be coming back sooner than we thought. "

"The property was as described. A few things were confusing, such as where to find the washer and dryer. The beds were comfortable and clean, and the house while small, was well appointed."

"Impecable home on gorgeous property! Interior is almost entirely new. Property is secluded and deafenimgly quiet (full disclosure - its not an easy drive in!). Kids were able to run around freely outside. Hosts are exceptiinally responsive. Loved our time here, thank you!"

"10 out of 10! Highly recommend staying at this fantastic apartment. Incredible location steps from the wharf,pier, and Downtown Capitola. The views can't be beat. Very comfortable for a family of 4 with two older teens. It is so beautifully decorated and has everything you need. We spent many afternoons on the balcony sipping wine, people watching and gazing at the ocean. Nancy and her son, Tyler were great communicators. My son left his laptop there and Tyler picked it up for us and...

"The inside of the home was very clean. Spacious and comfortable. The backyard was okay. There was a lot of dry plant and dead leaves, yet it was still very comfortable to hang out outside."

"The guest house is nice, clean, and modern. There is a beautiful deck and creek to enjoy. We used the hot tub and grill. I definitely would not recommend 4 people stay here but it was the perfect size for a couple and a dog. Hosts were friendly and responsive and would recommend to others."
