Villa Umbra is a lovely stone building (600 sq m) with WiFi internet, private pool and air conditioning. The property can accommodate up to 15 people comfortably in seven bedrooms with four bathrooms. Villa Umbra is located 8 km (5 mi) from Città Di Castello, Italy and only 44 km (27 mi) from Arezzo in the tourist area "San Sepolcro And Surroundings".

The Experience
Upon arrival you will be greeted by the owner or manager where you’ll find a lovely clean well-maintained property with views of the hills perfect for a relaxing holiday in Umbria. Regardless of how you spend your days - shopping, visiting museums, sightseeing or just driving in the countryside, when you arrive home you can unwind with your family and friends at the pool for a perfect ending to another day in Umbria. Outside you will also find a patio and barbecue grill. If you enjoy cooking for family and friends there is a well-equipped kitchen including coffee machine, microwave, toaster, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to 15 people. If you prefer to dine 'al fresco', there is a fully furnished veranda where you can enjoy the weather while dining outdoors.

This beautiful farmhouse is divided internally into 3 non-communicating apartments: 1 (sleeps 5) on the ground floor and 2 (sleeps 4 and 6 people) upstairs. On the ground floor there is also a large room for the guests use, set up on 2 levels with large fireplace, tables and chairs, WC and 3 steps below: a big professional kitchen with oven, freezer, stove and dishwasher.
The area is renowned for its truffles and the owners organize (on request) wonderful truffle and game based dinners.
