This friendly holiday home (semi-detached house) with private pool awaits you in a beautiful hilly location between Siena and Arezzo. The house is situated at an altitude of 630 metres just outside Palazzuolo on the edge of the forest, an ideal location for resting and relaxing. Ground floor with living room and kitchen, exit to the covered terrace. Two bedrooms, each with bathroom. On the 1st floor (attic) the third living room, studio with single bed, bathroom. Private garden area in front of the house; garden seating area with barbecue; slightly below, with unique panoramic views, is the pool area with outdoor shower, cabin and WC. The friendly owners apartment in the basement; they not only pamper their four-legged friends (cats), but are also happy to cook for their holiday guests on request: the couple have made cooking their passion! You will also find a good restaurant in nearby Palazzuolo; for shopping of all kinds, cappuccino, ice cream, aperitifs but also culture (exhibitions, concerts in the rose garden), the charming Renaissance town of Monte San Savino offers you a wide range of options. Market day on Wednesdays! On cooler days, the warm thermal baths of Rapolano are a suitable excursion destination (18 km). The location is ideal not only for hiking, but also for biking in the gentle but sometimes challenging hills of the surrounding area. Visit Arezzo (30 km), Siena (35 km) and the Chianti region (30 km). Despite its seclusion, you are in a very central position here!
