"Dit is een heerlijke vakantie plek. Lekker groot zwembad heel veel rust Prachtige omgeving. Hugh de eigenaar is super vriendelijk en helpt je als het nodig is. Helemaal voor kinderen een leuke locatie doordat op het terrein al veel speelgoed voor binnen en buiten is. Met 15 minuten ben je bij het strand. Het appartement is groter dan je denkt. We hebben er lekker kunnen verblijven. Ik raad het van harte aan "

"Sehr schönes Anwesen. Vor allen Dingen in ruhiger Lage. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Marco ist sehr zuvorkommend,. sympathisch und jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder. :-) Auch mit unseren beiden Hunden hat alles hervorragend geklappt. Ein großes Kompliment. Auch die Umgebung ist sehr empfehlenswert. Auch der Strand war super, die Wasserqualität passt. Erheblich besser als in Mondolfo z.B.!! Viele Grüße "

"Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern renoviert und hat alles, was man sich für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt wünscht zB. auch bequeme Betten und viel Ruhe.Das gepflegte Gelände ist durch ein Elektrotor gesichert und man kann, mit etwas rangieren, direkt vor der Eingangstür parken.Schöne Terrasse mit Weitblick bis zum Meer und möbliert. Ein Sonnenschirm für die Morgensonne wäre noch gut. Leider gibt es keine deutschen Fernsehsender, was uns jedoch eher gut getan hat!!"

"What a great place! Cecilia and her team are awesome for the logistics and the property is wonderful. Great south facing terrace with a lovely table to sit and enjoy coffee or wine. Two great rooms on the main floor accessed by an elevator. One king room and one room with twin beds, plus one bathroom. Second king room and bathroom are up a steep staircase so plan accordingly. Great location just down from the main square… step walking in Fermo so wear comfy shoes. "
