This property was a major letdown, even for someone used to budget travel. I came here directly from a camping trip with very modest expectations—and was still disappointed. From the moment we arrived, communication was disorganized and unclear. There was no staff onsite, no cell service, no Wi-Fi info, and a sign on the door instructing us to call or message via WhatsApp—without any way to do so.
After leaving the property to find reception, I finally got a message directing me to retrieve a key from a dropbox—without any in-person interaction. On top of that, we were placed in a completely different room than the one we reserved. We had specifically booked a room with a private balcony for a special occasion, and instead were given a unit that opened to a shared walkway, with broken blinds and zero privacy.
During our stay, we were blocked in by another car. When I asked for help, the only response was to “ask them to move it,” even though there was no indication of whose car it was or how to contact anyone else. No staff were present at any point, and there was no further communication.
The room itself was outdated, worn, and clearly not maintained with care. What’s most frustrating is that the property seems to charge a premium simply because it can—not because it offers anything close to a quality experience. It feels like no real effort is made to maintain the space or provide basic hospitality. The attitude seems to be: “people will book it anyway."
