"A truly special and memorable experience Our stay at Six Senses Qing Cheng Mountain was a truly special experience. The entire team was incredibly kind, warm, and always willing to help and serve with genuine care. We also used the hotel’s private transfer service, which was excellent — comfortable, smooth, and perfectly organized. But what truly exceeded our expectations was the guided tour service. Our guide, Hickey, was absolutely fantastic: professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. He supported us during the entire experience and even accompanied us to the airport on his day off. He became a friend to our family, and we are very grateful. We highly recommend both the hotel and the overall experience. Just a couple of points to be aware of: • The summer heat can be intense, and it may affect the enjoyment of outdoor excursions. • English communication can be a bit challenging in some areas of the hotel, especially in the spa and kids club.
