"スタッフの方々がとても親切でした。チェックアウトした後にも関わらず、車を停めさせてもらったまま、観光させてもらえ、その上に旅館までチェックアウト終わってるのに、送迎車に乗せてもらい駐車場まで送ってもらえました。 チェックインアウトのご対応も丁寧で、貸切風呂も綺麗で満足出来ました。 部屋風呂に着いても掛け流し風呂なので、いつ入っても温かくて良かったです。 朝ご飯に着いては、ご飯の量とおかずの量のバランスが悪く、お米をもう少し欲しかったのと、お味噌汁がなかったのが少し残念でした。 弁当なので仕方がないと思いますが… 朝ご飯の際の、薬味や醤油がなかったのも少し残念です。 それ以外は完璧でした。"

"Great hotel. The room was nice but nothing too special. Big bathroom. Staff is super friendly! Self check in was easy but the staff helped out anyways. Shopping district is directly across the street and only a few minutes walk from the station. Tons of stores and shops and restaurants. The hotel has a restaurant as well but didn’t try it. Looked good though. I would recommend staying here if you want to be as close as possible to the action without it being too busy in front of the hotel. ...

The staff is very kind and the main sightseeing spots of the harbor area are within the walking distance. Free shuttle bus available to Sannomiya Train Station, and a taxi ride to Shin Kobe Station is about 2000 yen."
