They both were so helpful and informative of the area,and really made my stay a pleasure. Although they live on site it really did not impact my privacy as they were both so cautious not to impact the holiday. "We had 13 people ages 4-83 stay for a week. The pools (one indoor and one outdoor) were wonderful and the views from the outdoor pool and terrace above spectacular. The house is looking its age in some ways, but is very comfortable, functional and spacious. The kitchen and outdoor grill worked great for cooking large meals. "A great sized property with all the facilities that you need. Massive landscape gardens with a good sized pool and vegetable plot. The views were amazing. Air conditioning in all rooms which was a great asset. The host, Gian, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Because of his knowledge, we attended local festivals and we had a reasonably priced chef come in and cook for us, which was more of an experience than just being catered for as we were all able to get involved. "Our group included grandparents and 2 families. The Villa provided all the space we needed with several area's to sit. The pool was fantastic and host, Alice really helpful. The beds were comfortable, and ensuites, although a little tired all functioned well. Any problems were remedied quickly and efficiently"

"The pictures on line do not do justice to this unbelievable property . We had four families and a few friends totaling 27 people . We each had our own apartment and private space even at the pool but when we gathered for dinner , there was enough seating inside and outside to accommodate all of us . Laila graciously recommended Marco to give us a pasta cooking class and we loved him so much , he cooked our final farewell dinner in true Umbrian fashion . "The house was an excellent choice for my family of 9 adults and one infant for our four night visit. It had plenty of space, plenty of kitchen supplies, a/c, clean pool, and great mountain views. At a great dinner in the town. We rented cars in Rome and drove up and then drove each day exploring other cities, Sienna, Florence, Assisi, and Spello. The house was perfect for us. We wish we could have stayed longer."
