"This property is pretty clean, but very minimal. It isn’t “luxury” as listed in the title. There are few supplies such as hand soap or basics in the kitchen. The two bedrooms have reasonably comfortable beds, but no lamps or end tables to accommodate charging phones or putting anything down. The “sleeper sofa” is the kind where you push the ottoman against the sofa and not suitable for two people and uncomfortable at best for one. "Strangers were inside the apartment when we returned. Very disappointing. We moved to a hotel that evening."

"When I arrived, the apartment was spotless. The host showed me where the thermostat was, so I was able to switch between AC and heat (Jersey in spring...prepare for all 4 seasons!). There is a family living upstairs, but they leave you alone and are so quiet, it's easy to forget someone lives upstairs. In my encounters with them, they were super nice. I would highly recommend this location, and would not hesitate to rent this apartment again."

"I didn’t expect to spend as much time in the apartment while touring NYC, but plans changed and it ended up being the perfect haven. As other reviews mentioned, the apartment truly has everything you need. "The hostess phenomenal. I accidentally locked myself out of the house. When I informed Jinet, she was apologic, for my mistake, and resolved the issue. I was back in the property in less than 15 minutes. Perfect space for a quick quiet getaway. I would stay here again"

"This place was not fancy, but it was clean, welcoming, comfortable and convenient. We needed a roomy apartment where out of town family could convene to spend time with our new grand daughter--without invading the new parents. This was a great "hub" that allowed for everyone to visit as if we live locally."
