With a private pool, jacuzzi, enclosed garden, large and comfortable bedrooms, a bright living room with a fireplace, and a music room equipped with a piano, everything is in place for unforgettable moments with family, friends, or during a business trip to the south of Toulouse. Located in the commune of Montaut, but only 1 km from the market, restaurants, and shops of Saint-Sulpice-sur-Lèze (within walking distance), this large gîte is ideal for family gatherings and stays for several couples seeking a spacious, welcoming, and relaxing environment. Upon arrival, you'll appreciate its large, private enclosed garden, perfect for children and for moments of tranquility. In fine weather, the private swimming pool (fenced, 8 x 4 m, 1.60 m deep, open depending on the weather) becomes the perfect meeting place, while the jacuzzi promises moments of relaxation after a day of exploring. One bedroom is a suite with a private bathroom and toilet. A sleeping area on a mezzanine: one with a 140 x 190 cm bed. A shower room on the ground floor. Two toilets (one in the laundry room, one off the kitchen). Electric heating, ceiling light in the living room, and fans in the bedrooms. Parking is available on the fenced property. The garage and storage room are not accessible.
