The main villa features spacious living areas with a bright lounge, large sofa, TV, and direct access to the terraces and pool. The inviting dining area and fully equipped open kitchen (central island, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc.) are ideal for sharing meals together.



For sleeping arrangements, you’ll find several comfortable bedrooms, including a master suite with granite bathroom and direct terrace access, plus a unique round King Size bed. Upstairs, two more bedrooms with private terraces and a bathroom with whirlpool tub complete the space.



The separate studio, accessible from outside, offers a living room, equipped kitchen, double bedroom, and bathroom—perfect for privacy.



Outdoors, everything is designed for relaxation and fun: pool, jacuzzi, sauna, fully equipped summer kitchen (plancha, barbecue, pizza oven), furnished terraces, landscaped garden, and lounge areas. For entertainment, enjoy the billiards table and pétanque court.
