"Everything was just outstanding. I noticed that the hotel is mainly aimed at people who speak Polish, but it would be good to have more detailed information about the resort and services they provide in English. Of course more smiles and it will be great that at the arrival to introduce guests to the amenities and services that at their disposal. I also want to mentioned the Chef who is doing amazing work. Tami-yami food. Thanks for the week we spent with you."
"Welcoming friendly staff. Room was very clean and tidy with everything we needed, even a sewing kit, shoe cleaning wipes, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and tea/coffee! Excellent hot water supply and comfortable beds. Breakfast was a dream! Struggled bit with tv channels in English! But no real issue! Breakfast? Well … Massive choice of cold meats, salads, pastries, cereal, yoghurts, hot food and plenty of cake! Enough to keep you going through the day! Great central location for exploring...

The restaurant food is good but the waiters are not properly attired and do not speak English which is surprising in Poland , especially in a 4 star facilities "
