"Wonderful stay and great location"

"The most disappointing was the view from our room. We were not told that there would be construction happening right outside our room at the time of our stay. This was disappointing for the price we paid. Finally, the people behind the counter were wonderful but had very little knowledge about the surrounding area. Further training is needed in order to help guests. However, the location of the hotel was beautiful, away from the downtown Canmore, and very clean. It had a nice shared...

"I wish the TV worked"

"Everything was amazing! Great mountain view! I highly highly recommend this place! It is clean and new and quiet area. The only reason I gave lower stars is I never got an answer when I contacted the owners via the Expedia app nor by texting them with the number provided by Expedia. The other reason I gave a lower star is because the window and patio door could not be let opened since there were no screens. It would of been nice to be able to let the mountain air come in as we are not AC fans....

"La chambre est vraiment petite. Nous n’avions plus de place pour circuler autour du lit après avoir ouvert nos 2 valises. Il n’y avait pas de stationnement compris avec la chambre et nous avons eu beaucoup de difficulté à trouver une place sur la rue. La salle de bain est petite et, sur la vanité, nous avions peu de place pour déposer nos articles d’hygiène. Par contre, le lit était confortable et c’était très tranquille la nuit pour dormir."
