"We absolutely loved almost everything about our stay! We loved the historic, boutique feel of the hotel, the beautiful registration area, the fitness center, the tavern, the room, the hallways even with the old pictures, the beautiful setting, the cute little town, and nearby playground and skatepark. My only negative feedback is that the pool was absolutely freezing. "This has been our favorite hotel of the Sunday River area. We went in August and they had the pool at probably 94F, easy to walk in and relax for a while. Each night they had a nice diy drink setup with instructions. Each night the outdoor fire place was going - one night was marshmallows to roast.. the other night full on smores. Internet was fast. The room clean and quiet. Beds were spring mattresses which were hard to get used to from home. Front desk guy was very friendly and...
