"Exceptional Hotel, located right on the snow, views up to the main peak and across to the magic carpet, chair lifts and cable cars. The village with restaurants and shops is also very close, just a short walk from the hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful, the breakfast was abundant with a selection of both eastern and western foods. Special thank you to Julie and Kohl for taking such good care of us at breakfast. "Hotel checkin agent did ask me for a ¥2000 deposit even though I've paid in full by a valid credit card when I booked with Hotel.com on-line, but I insisted not to pay the deposit. It was really annoying and I considered it was a harassment. "
