"Easy to find with easy parking. the motel was a clean, basic room, perfect for a night on the road. We stopped in Butte because it was a logical stay on our road trip. Now, I am intrigued by Butte and its history. We drove around the next day looking at the historic buildings and imagining this town in its hay day. "Check in time is absolute. There may be a fee to check in early. Just be prepared. Staff was helpful when needed. Ice machine was hard to find and not close for our convenience. Plenty of restaurants close by and fuel if needed. Breakfast was plentiful and on time."

"Overall this hotel is not what you would expect from a Fairmont Resort. Being in Montana you would expect a steakhouse restaurant to be able to cook a steak to order. Unfortunately, med rare comes as medium well to well done. Then when they try to fix it comes out blue rare to rare.
