"Achei tudo perfeito, desde a sua localizaçao, limpeza do quarto que achei particularmente excelente, as toalhas trocadas diariamente, lençóis limpíssimos e cheirosos. Otima calefação no chalet, espaço mais do que o suficiente para 2 pessoas, banheiro extremamente limpo com uma ducha incrível, agua quente abundante e pressão da água fortíssima. Hiper recomendo este hotel, melhor custo x benefício da região."

VRBO customer support had to step in and were unable to contact host either, our stay was cancelled and we had to find another place last minute. Do not book here, it’s a scam. "

"We chose this property as a place to unwind between the busy areas of Lake Como and Florence and it worked out perfectly. The home is beautiful, clean, and modern with air conditioning in every room, which was perfect given the heat in Bologna that week. We did laundry, made our own Italian meal, and enjoyed the pool before heading off to the second half of our trip. "Sin dalla prenotazione ho avvertito che sarebbe stata un' ottima esperienza e cosi si è rivelata. Giorgio è una persona meravigliosa che ci accolto brillantemente e dato tutte le indicazioni per visitare Bologna oltre che a ristoranti e locali della città. L' appartamento è stato trovato in ottime condizioni e fornito di tutto il necessario. Sicuramente la prossima volta tornero a Bologna mi affidero ancora a Giorgio e la sua struttura."

"Not only is this a great location right near the cathedral, it is gorgeous and well appointed apartment. Gianni, who met us at the apartment gave us tips for local businesses. We used these to hire bicycles from the Todisco Brothers and had an excellent meal of local dishes from Osteria Strabassotti.Hiring bikes and circling the city wall is a must. We did it twice, once on the inside and once on the outside. It only takes an hour or so depending on how many information boards and bars you stop...
