"Staffs were great!!!"

"Just a step away from the mall, good parking, clean room and hallway and the best thing about it is staff are friendly and accomodating. I give it a 5 star."

"Overall, I had a good stay at Monaco Hotel, although the main downside was a recurring issue with small cockroaches, especially in the bathroom. Aside from that, the hotel offers good value, with friendly staff, a convenient location, and included breakfast. I started noticing one or two small cockroaches almost every day, usually around the sink, vanity mirror, floor, or toilet seat. I informed the front desk on my second night and was told housekeeping would be notified. On my third day, I...

"Cheap"

"The room was clean, the staff were outstanding, amenities were good. Everything was great, would've been perfect if the toilet had a toilet seat. I will stay again next year."

"Friendly staff and very accommodating"

"has a"

"when we arrived it was late around 9pm. the guard was friendly and he helped us checked in and help took our stuff in the rooms. He did mention he will open the aircon in room 32. and room 34 where my dad and step mum were in room 34. we paid for 2 queen bed and we received 1 double and 2 single. then they were moved to room 36 with 1 king bed and 1 double. aircon cooled the room quickly. my husband and i came back to the hotel after we were out for an hour and the room was still hot and not...

"I love this hotel. They have clean rooms and very helpful staff. Next time I visit Manila, I will stay with this hotel again."

"I like the foods served at breakfast. Clean room & good air conditioning."

"Location is good"

"Very nice staff, close to everything, quite!!!!"

"Room was ok. Staff were generally friendly but don’t answer email. Accommodations had some damage in places. No walk in shower and the tub is high and is difficult for seniors to get into and out of. Overall it fits the description of a 3 star hotel. Clean but not perfect. "

"The property sits along a busy heavy traffic road. The building itself is nice but needs a general cleaning. Shelves were dusty, bed sheets has unknown stains, and small cockroaches in the room. They also wanted to see my kids birth certificates. Who carries around their kid’s birth certificate? If they can correct this issues, this place will be a decent place to stay."

"Staff was really helpful and friendly"
