The house is spread over two levels: on the ground floor you will find a spacious kitchen, dining room, living room, a twin bedroom, wardrobe room, and a large bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms (one double, one twin, and one triple) and a second bathroom. The kitchen opens directly onto the private, fully fenced garden, separate from common areas, featuring a large patio, panoramic terrace, barbecue, and hot tub. You can enjoy seasonal vegetables and fresh eggs free of charge.



All common areas are available to you, the pool is for your exclusive use, and there is a large equipped play area for children.
