Holiday rental La Rimessa is a beautiful stone building that includes air conditioning, WiFi internet and pool. La Rimessa is a villa / farmhouse / home that has a total of five separate apartments. The property can sleep up to 30 people comfortably in 15 bedrooms with 15 bathrooms. Conveniently located 3 km (2 mi) from Montaione, Italy and only 16 km (10 mi) from San Gimignano.

LA RIMESSA is composed by 3 independent houses (Casa Padronale, Casa Marcello and Il Fienile), plus a 3rd building, Fornace, containing 2 apartments: Fornace 1+ Fornace 2.

In case the 5 units are booked together a group of 30 would have the exclusive use of the property; the unit Casa Padronale has a large veranda, good for communal dining; also its kitchen is large.

Each unit offers private patio or garden, BBQ.

A five-a-side football pitch with artificial grass and a paddle court (illuminated so also possible to play at night) are available to the guests.

When you arrive you will be greeted by the owner or manager where you’ll find a lovely clean well-maintained property with views of the hills and the lake perfect for a relaxing holiday in Tuscany. For your enjoyment you will find a pool where you can relax while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a hectic day of visiting museums. Outside you will also find a barbecue grill, playground and patio. Each apartment has its own private living area with a kitchen with plenty of utensils, tableware and cutlery, a bedroom and bathroom. La Rimessa is a nice stone building having a total of five private apartments that is conveniently located 3 km (2 mi) from Montaione, Italy and only 16 km (10 mi) from San Gimignano. La Rimessa, among other amenities, includes also WiFi internet, air conditioning and shared pool.

Fornace 1 is a two-bedroom unit with two bathrooms that is built on one level and can sleep up to four guests. Some rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort (see room details below).

Sharing a meal with friends and family is a big part of the Tuscan culture. Take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals using local produce while on your holiday.
