"It was - again - a wonderful stay in Lazzarone!The house is exactly as you can see on the pictures: well equipped, clean, spacious... Alessandro is a very friendly and helpful host (whenever you need help) who makes you feel right at home!Everyone in our family (8 - 67 years) enjoyed the fantastic swimming pool, the quiet place and the fantastic views on the countryside. We had the most wonderful stay! Thank you, Alessandro!"

"This home wA truly home away from home. Comfort beds, every amenity you would need, and location is perfect to so many historic sites. Beatrice and Jacopo are amazing host that also were our private chefs for breakfast and dinner. The food was of local cuisine and delicious! I highly recommend having them prepare your meals if you want to enjoy your holiday/vacation. Our children loved them like family! "

"The property is even better in person. The renovated farmhouse is spacious and modern inside with excellent air conditioning but plenty of windows to just let the warm breeze through as well. "We celebrated our honeymoon with our friends in this amazing villa. The Check In process & contacting the property manager was super easy. Half way through the week there was a change of towels and they even took some of the garbage with them (as the disposal was not easily accessible. The road to the villa is a bit adventurous, but all guests with all types if cars were able to make it to the villa. The many outdoor spaces are perfect for larger groups and thanks to the three seperate houses...

"The property was absolutely charming. It really had that homey, Italian, Tuscan charm about it. The kids and my husband loved it too. I wish I had planned for more days there. We didn’t have time to partake in the cooking class or truffle hunting, but I guess that just leaves a reason to come back. The location was great too because it’s in the country away from the busy cities, but a close enough drive to all the various Tuscan sites.The owners were very nice and spoke good enough English....

"This was a great property for our family of 14! We stayed here for two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed the amenities and location. We were an hour or less to so many great cities and towns ( Florence, Pisa, Sienna, Lucca, Montepuciano, Pienza to name a few).We were welcomed by our host (who lives on the property) with a reception and tour. "Incrível! Hotel moderno, novo, extremamente confortável. Foi uma feliz surpresa. Funcionários extremamente atenciosos. Tive um problema no primeiro dia com o banheiro e prontamente me trocaram de quarto e ainda deixaram uma cartinha com um mimo. Tem elevador. Para quem viaja de trem, fica a poucos minutos da estação. Da para ir andando ou pegar um onibus. Fica 20 min a pé da parte turística da cidade, mas não foi um problema, porque Florença é linda para andar e tem ponto de onibus em frente ao hotel, caso necessite."

" I have done my research before booking my hotel in florence and nailed it with Calimala Hotel. Excellent hotel, perfect location (really, I came back like 3 times in one afternoon just to charge my phone or use the bathroom, it is that close from all the historical points of the city). My room wasn’t ready yet when I arrived, but it was before check in time. The room was very spacious, great shower, sheets and towels. Very good service before arrival, they made dinner reservations for me. Felt safe the whole time, because there are a lot of people around, its really in the center of the city. Also, the AC works really well, it was one of my worries but it was 36 celsius and the AC was doing the job. Calimala is the perfect choice, hope to come back soon! "
