The villa has 160m2 distributed across 4 double bedrooms, two of them with 180x200 beds, one of 150x200 and the other with two 90x200 beds, three full bathrooms (two of them en suite), a large living room with direct access to the pool and all on a single floor. The villa has been completely renovated in 2016 and has a large private garden surrounded by trees, grass and flowers; in the garden there is a barbecue area.
