"Le Puy de la Grange" apartment, 52 m², rated 2**, located on the 2nd floor without an elevator (building secured by an entry code), this very bright apartment consists of:<br>- a large living room equipped with a table for 8 people, 2 90-cm sofa beds (which can be converted into one large bed); it features an 80-cm TV with Netflix and YouTube, accessible with your account via free Wi-Fi, A board game case,<br>- a kitchen with a high bar-style table (equipped with a dishwasher, a convection oven, an induction cooktop, a microwave, a permanent-filter coffee maker, a raclette and crepe maker, a kettle, and a toaster),<br>- a large bedroom with one 140 cm bed and one 90 cm bed, with direct access to the shower room, a dressing table, and a closet,<br>- a shower room with a hair dryer and a separate toilet,<br>- dish soap, hand soap, and cleaning supplies provided.<br>You have access to the 100 m² shared garden, which features a large picnic table, a pétanque court, a 4-burner gas grill, a ping-pong table, darts, giant Mikado, and many small games for children..<br>The sauna is available upon request (€10/week / excluding the COVID period)<br>You have access to the self-service washer and dryer in the laundry room in the basement. (Laundry detergent provided)<br>Ski storage, hiking boots, and strollers are available on the first floor.<br>Motorcycles and bicycles can be parked under the porch, accessible from the garden gate via a secure access (code)<br>We can provide: a travel crib, high chair, and baby bathtub (upon request).<br>Sheets, towels, bath mats, and dish towels are not included in the rental.
