"I do not know what is more inviting the hosts or the home. Everything is so well planned out they have all your needs thought of in advance. The location is an exceptionally beautiful residential area, and it is right next to the train stop. You can roll out of bed and be on a ride to Philly in minutes. "NOTE" the train is quiet I think we only heard it once in the two days stay. We are looking forward to coming again next year and staying. Thank you again for making us feel very much at...

"This was my first VRBO rental and I was not disappointed. The guest cottage was beautiful and there was music playing and fresh cut flowers to add to the welcome ambience. Everything was perfect except for perhaps some difficulty navigating the TV electronics that we were not interested in watching anyway. It was very pet friendly without additional charges. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Chris!"

"We were here for just one night and this place was perfect. Easy access, clean, and very responsive host. My only suggestion is to have more security between the private room and the rest of the house, there was no deadbolt between the door and it would have felt safer as a renter of a private room to have that option. Otherwise great stay."

"Our stay was very pleasant but a few things need to be looked at like in the bathroom it needs a curtain or blind a little creepy in there. You need a microwave and the ice maker didn't work and better air circulation for the apartment, bedroom only cool room. Fix the fridge doors so they can close and wont leak. "

"14 of us stayed here for a secluded bachelorette weekend in nature and it was truly a dream come true. The home is beautiful and comfortable for a large group, it didn’t even matter that it rained the entire time! We even canceled some of our day plans to stay and enjoy the house. The only minor down side was the water heater struggled keeping up with 14 woman’s daily hygiene needs. Overall, everything was so wonderful and Eric was very pleasant and accommodating. "Great stay at Hyatt House. The room was spacious and clean. Plenty of towels and washcloths. Check-in was a breeze, staff were friendly and the free daily breakfast was pretty good. No noise at all and I stayed on the 1st floor. The best part was the location!!! Right across from King of Prussia mall so close to the highway and TONS of restaurants options. Would definitely recommend and stay here again 10/10!!"
