Discover the enchanting charm of Mark Twain Lake and Jelly Stone Park from this 2-bedroom condo. Everything is brand new-fully updated! 2nd level unit so there is one flight of stairs. It is located steps away from Jellystone Campground and Waterpark (https://www.marktwainlakejellystone.com/). Bring your boat and trailer as there are parking spaces with power to keep your battery charged right outside the door. Mark Twain Lake's Spalding Recreation boat ramp and swim beach are less than a mile down the road (we walk to the swim beach). TONS of activities within Jellystone (2-minute walk to park/office) including golf cart rentals/supplies/kids activities/putt putt golf/etc). Within 3 miles or less, you'll find a full-service Marina (Blackjack Marina offers boat rentals, food, supplies, etc), Archery Range, Visitor Center, Horse Trails, Shooting Range, Clarence Cannon Dam with boat launch for the Salt River (great for kayaking, boating, fishing). An unknown gem is super close, Joanna Trail System which offers nearly 30 miles of hiking, mountain biking, or horseback riding. The trail head is a just about a 1/2 mile walk from the condo. While the park, lake, and river are the main attractions, there are plenty of things to do in the off season if you are outdoorsy. Check out Hannibal, Mark Twain Cave, Lovers Leap, and so on.... Great option for hunters as well who might not want to fully "rough it".
