Propre et bien situé dans la ville, permettant de rejoindre à pied le centre historique, sans insécurité ressentie. De ce fait, un peu bruyant la nuit car donnant sur la rue mais immeuble calme. Le toit terrasse avec les jacuzzis est juste sublime et tres appréciable en juillet. Nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir nous garer gratuitement dans la rue.
