Suite Martino SeaView is a small first floor apartment with private sea view terrace. The house is located in a newly built residence with parking. The accomodation is about 350 m from the nearest free beach of Capitolo (fraction of Monopoli) and from the equipped beach of Lido Azzurro. At the same distance, there are bars, restaurants and mini markets. The city center of Monopoli is about 7 km away and can be easily reached by bus. Suite Martino SeaView is perfect for couples who wish to enjoy a relaxing beach holiday.

Suite Martino SeaView is located within a newly built residence. The accomodation is a first floor apartment, it is accessed via an external staircase and consists of a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, and an outdoor area with kitchen covered by a pergola, equipped with sink, induction hob, refrigerator, table and chairs. Behind there is a solarium area reserved for guests with sun loungers. From the private terrace you can enjoy a wonderful sea view.



At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Monopoli, equal to 1€ per day for each person over 12.



Check-In: 4pm to 10pm (Late Check-In until 11:59pm 30€, after that time 50€ subject to confirmation)

Check-Out: before 10am

Cautionary Deposit: 100€
