Dimore Sallustio are 2 independent houses, located in the heart of the downtown of Monopoli, about 50m from the beautiful city beach of Cala Porta Vecchia. Piccola Casa is the accommodation on the ground floor and consists of a small hall with kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. The house is suitable for couples and single travelers. The strong point of the house is definitely the fact that it is in the heart of the famous historic center of Monopoli, having a wonderful city beach just a few steps away. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning.



Piccola Casa is a traditional ground floor house in the historic center of Monopoli. The accommodation consists of an entrance hall with a kitchen equipped with a sink, 2-burner induction plates, microwave oven, fridge and a small table. There is also a door, normally closed, which allows the Piccola Casa to communicate with the other accommodation of Dimore Sallustio. There is also a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with air conditioning.



At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Monopoli, equal to 1€ per day for each person over 12.



Check-In: 4pm to 10pm (Late Check-In until 11:59pm 30€, after that time 50€ subject to confirmation)

Check-Out: before 10am

Cautionary Deposit: 100€
