TD Villa Patrizia Pool & Alfresco Kitchen

On the hills of Monopoli, just 7 km from the sandy beaches, Villa Patrizia is located in a residential complex. The villa has a contemporary line, very airy and bright, offering style and practicality in a typically Mediterranean context with centuries-old olive trees. It is equipped with a 5 X 8 swimming pool and an outdoor bathroom with shower. A covered veranda adjoins the living area with a view of the garden. The garden with lawn surrounds the villa and the pool, there is a relaxation area under a pergola overlooking the pool, furnished with sofas and a further relaxation area near an olive tree, typical of the Apulian land.
Outside, there is also an outdoor kitchen, ideal for preparing lunches or dinners while enjoying the healthy sea air.
A highlight of this property, in addition to its proximity to the sea, is the rich vegetation that surrounds it, flowers and fruit trees available to guests, which identify the Apulian land. 
 
The late check-in fee is optional. If you choose not to take advantage of it, we will send you instructions to access the property and arrange an appointment to meet you the following day. Alternatively, the cost for check-in between 8:00 PM and midnight is Eur 100.00.
 
Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, as it is not fibre-optic, will be slower than with urban networks.

Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and can be done up to the day before arrival. If this is not done, € 55.00 will be charged (check in fee).

It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of € 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).
To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €70.00.
