TD Trulli Terralta Panoramic Pool Over Countryside

Trulli Terralta is an enchanting complex consisting of four cones and a blade, immersed in the quiet of the Apulian countryside and surrounded by a suggestive landscape of cherry orchards, with a wonderful panoramic view of the valley.
The property enjoys a strategic position, just a few minutes' drive from some of the most renowned destinations in the area, such as Alberobello , Monopoli , Castellana Grotte and Polignano a Mare.
The front outdoor area is designed to fully enjoy convivial outdoor moments: it is equipped with a barbecue and a large round stone table, located under an elegant pergola, ideal for lunches and dinners surrounded by nature. Next to the house there is a second pergola equipped with deckchairs and sun loungers, perfect for relaxation, embellished with a lush climbing vine that offers excellent quality white grapes.
The interiors preserve the authentic charm of the trulli, combined with modern comfort. The main cone leads to the living area, connected to the kitchen through a characteristic stone arch. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove and refrigerator. A hallway leads to the first double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and an additional bedroom, which houses a sofa bed and TV, connected directly to the outside through a large French window. The second double bedroom, larger and more private, is located on the left of the living room and has an en-suite bathroom, ensuring greater privacy.
Trulli Terralta is the ideal choice for those who want tranquility without sacrificing proximity to the main points of interest. The property is about 10 minutes' drive from Alberobello , a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the center of Castellana Grotte , famous for its extraordinary karst cave complex. In about 15 minutes you can reach Monopoli , a lively coastal town renowned for its crystal clear beaches and the characteristic historic center full of restaurants.


Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, not being fiber optic, will be slower than urban networks.

The late check-in fee is optional. If you decide not to use it, we will send you instructions for accessing the facility and we will meet you the next day. Alternatively, the cost for checking in between 20:00 and 00:00 is €100.00 .


THINGS TO KNOW:

With an extra cost equal to 20% of the cost of the rental itself, it is possible to use a third bedroom ON REQUEST: it is an annex far from the main body of the structure consisting of a bedroom with double bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, external sink, air conditioner and a pergola in front of the entrance.
It is not ideal for accommodating children, as the distance from the main body would not allow accurate monitoring of the latter.

Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and can be done up to the day before arrival. If this is not done, € 55.00 will be charged (check in fee).

It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of € 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).
To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €89.00.
If the guest fails to dispose of waste upon departure, an additional fee of €200.00 will be charged.
After booking, guests will be asked to register on our website, entering the required information and signing a rental agreement, as required by Italian law.
Guests are kindly asked not to feed stray animals or allow them to enter the house.Any damage to persons or property resulting from failure to comply with this request will be considered the guests’ responsibility.
A surcharge of 100,00 € is required for late check-in from 20:00 to 00:00. No check-in after 00:00
Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and available until the day before your arrival. A penalty of 55,00 € will be charged if you the online check-in will not be closed before arrival.
Please note: Self-check-in instructions are sent to the guest's personal email address, which will be requested after booking. A physical check-in is available for a fee of €55.00.
After booking, customers will be asked to register on our site, entering the required details and signing a lease, as required by Italian law.
