TD Tenuta Donna Madia Sea View Pool Over Vineyard

Donna Madia is a typical Apulian farmhouse, set in a natural setting ideal for a relaxing holiday without sacrificing design.
The house is located in a predominant position on a private vineyard, from which excellent wine is produced, with wide views of the sea and the surrounding countryside; a selection of 6 wines from the cellar is included in the stay, designed to accompany and enrich your experience.
A gate leads to the property, equipped with convenient private parking. A well-kept ornamental garden, enriched with Mediterranean plants and lawn, surrounds the house and houses the infinity pool (4 x 10), always heated and complete with a solarium area from which to admire the view. A suggestive outdoor stone shower is also available at the service of the pool.
The house can accommodate up to 14 guests.
A door leads to the dining room with stone barrel vaults and original chianca floor. A large table seats 14 people, in an alcove there is a kitchen equipped with every comfort: induction stove, large oven, system for sparkling and natural purified water, coffee machine. In a second alcove there is a wine refrigerator and finally a storage room. Below is a living room with sofas, TV and fireplace. A door leads to the sleeping area with four double bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom. Every detail is taken care of in detail, the rooms all have a corner with desk, mini fridge and direct access to the outside. Through a particular iron staircase you descend to the lower ununderground floor, thanks to the terraces of the land, this floor also has large French windows with access to the vineyard level. Here we find a second kitchen, and two other bedrooms, one with single beds, also with private en-suite bathrooms. The first floor can be reached via an external stone staircase, this houses the master suite equipped with a comfortable sofa and double bed with canopy. Donna Madia is located in one of the most beautiful districts of Monopoli, for its particular view of the countryside and the sea, while remaining close to the city center, which is only 6 km away. Monopoli is the nearest town, here it will be possible to find large supermarkets and pharmacies, but also a lively historic center on the sea with restaurants and excellent typical cuisine to enjoy. Polignano a mare is also 10 km away by car, and not far away are other places of interest such as Alberobello, Castellana Grotte and much more. The nearest airport is Bari, 45 km away.
Cleaning service included in the price: a collaborator is available 4 hours a day from 9:30 to take care of the house and leave to you the pleasure of living your vacation in total serenity. There is also a daily change of towels and a weekly change of sheets; any extra changes of sheets are available on request for a fee.
The late check-in fee is optional. If you decide not to use it, we will send you instructions for accessing the facility and we will meet you the next day. Alternatively, the cost for checking in between 20:00 and 00:00 is €100.00.
Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, not being fiber optic, will be slower than urban networks.

Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and can be done up to the day before arrival. If this is not done, € 55.00 will be charged (check in fee).

It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of € 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).
To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €89.00.
If the guest fails to dispose of waste upon departure, an additional fee of €200.00 will be charged.
After booking, guests will be asked to register on our website, entering the required information and signing a rental agreement, as required by Italian law.
Guests are kindly asked not to feed stray animals or allow them to enter the house.Any damage to persons or property resulting from failure to comply with this request will be considered the guests’ responsibility.
