Complex of completely renovated trulli with swimming pool, large garden and completely fenced land, with centuries-old olive trees and fruit trees; the villa is located in a panoramic area on the hills of Monopoli with a very suggestive view. It consists of 4 bedrooms, one of which has a French bed.
Three bathrooms with shower, large fully glazed living room with panoramic views, with open space kitchen and living room with comfortable sofas. Outside, pergola with table change and benches, yakitory type barbecue and sink. A staircase leads to the crescent shaped pool, part of which is used as a hot tub, which uses the same water as the pool, not heated. All around lawn and flowers with square and solarium with deckchairs. In the shade of a beautiful centuries-old olive tree, a gazebo with sofas has been created so you can fully enjoy your relaxation.
Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, not being fiber optic, will be slower than urban networks.

It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of € 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).
To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €89.00.
If the guest fails to dispose of waste upon departure, an additional fee of €200.00 will be charged.
After booking, guests will be asked to register on our website, entering the required information and signing a rental agreement, as required by Italian law.
Guests are kindly asked not to feed stray animals or allow them to enter the house.Any damage to persons or property resulting from failure to comply with this request will be considered the guests’ responsibility.
Late check-in fee: between 20:00 and 00:00 €100.00. Check-in after 00:00
is not allowed. Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and can be done up to the day before arrival. If it is not carried out, €55.00 (check in fee) will be charged.
Please note: Online check-in instructions will be sent to the guest's personal email address, which will be requested after booking. Physical check-in is available at a cost of 55.00€.
