The property is made out of an unique areas, with a total of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, allowing the Villa to welcome up to 5 guests: it distances just 7 km from Alberobello, the world known Trulli capital a UNESCO protected heritage site, and just 8 km away from the beautiful sandy beaches of Capitolo.
This villa accomodation in Puglia is an authentic icon of the Apulian style. The villa has been fully redefined -on the basis of the quality standards and has been furnished in an elegant and stylish way.
Trulli are composed by a living room with fireplace, one large matrimonial bedroom, one bedroom with single beds, joinable if you prefer, and one fully equipped bathroom with shower and washing machine. Then we have a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, fridge with freezer.
The peace and quiet of trullo is assured by the distance from other properties and by the vast outdoor area, estimated one hectare, rich of century old olive trees and fruit trees of all kinds; of which figs, pears, cherries and almonds trees. An adjacent pavilion laying over the outdoor table and BBQ area, allows guests to lunch and dine outdoors.
All made possible thanks to Fiorenza, the owner and factotum of the Villa (who lives occasionally next to the trulli with separate access): the well taken care of green grass, while the most colorful flowers surround as decorating frames the Fruit trees.
