This is a studio apartment on the ground floor of an independent house, designed to offer comfort and simplicity in a cozy but essential environment, perfect for couples or single travelers.
The house has a cozy bedroom, a full and functional bathroom, a kitchenette with a small induction cooktop, mini fridge and sink. Simple spaces, designed to ensure convenience and comfort. The rooms are furnished recalling the colors of the sea, the typical blue of the crystalline waters of Monopoli.

According to Italian law (Art. 109 TULPS), it is mandatory to show the identity documents (passport or identity card) of all guests upon check-in for transmission to the Public Security authorities. In case of refusal, it will not be legally possible to check in. In addition, you will be required to sign a contract, as required by Italian law.
