"The house and cottage was perfect for our family reunion of 12 and 2 little ones. Bathroom and shower/tub in every room! Kitchen and Dining area and seating for 18 inside and out was perfect. Amazing kitchen with plenty of dishes and all possibly needed to cook large meals. Three sitting rooms with fireplace and wood provided Games, books, puzzles, game room, outside badminton and soccer. Best VRBO! Views amazing!"

"The cottage is perfect! Beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean and comfortable. We were blessed with lovely weather and the garden was a treat to be able to enjoy. Bedrooms and bathrooms were an excellent size. The kitchen was well equipped, but barely used as the list of eateries in the area that Amy provided was comprehensive and well used by us!The cottage is in an excellent location for exploring the region. We are looking forward to a repeat visit next summer!"

"Great place to stay, especially with the dog. Fabulous walking right from the pod door. The pods are great, all clean, the double bed is definitely cosy but their description of the pod on the website is accurate, it is basic but they never profess to be anything else. Barbecue in front of each pod is great, we cooked supper and breakfast on it, for all you carnivores, the butcher in Fownhope is fabulous. If you just need a base to chill out in, this is absolutely perfect."

"In a good quiet location close to city centre. Relatively new kitchen and bathroom. However, oven and microwave were very dirty. The rest of the property is in poor decorative condition and state of repair. Because of this it did not seem good value for money compared to other properties we stayed in on our trip."

"Roy was an exceptional host, he was very informative about how to get to the property as the sat nav was a little bit unreliable. He showed us around the hut with all the facilities that were available. The hut had everything u could possible need. It was beautiful and relaxing and I cannot fault it at all. "A lovely cottage in a beautiful setting. We decided to stay out of Hay and this was ideal for us. You have to be prepared for a challenging drive into Hay on very windy single track lanes but it was worth it. Cottage is well equipped and extremely comfortable, which we appreciated and the garden is beautiful. Would highly recommend it. Hosts are onsite and available but not at all intrusive. We would go back - had a great week"
