"I really don’t know why this hotel has so many positive reviews.Its greater advantage is the location - in a walking distance to Aquarium - and the hotel seems to be new. But that’s all.
The hotel is overpriced for what it offers; there is no safe box in the rooms, very poor breakfast, no daily cleaning, no room service, and has a paid self parking lot with no security.

"Great set up. Well stocked with what we needed. Unfortunately on the alley beside our room there is a metal grate covering a hole in the road which makes a loud banging noise every time a car runs over it. We and other couples who stayed there had difficulty sleeping due to this. "

"Check-in was smooth and professional. The room was clean and the cleaning staff did an excellent job cleaning the room every day. However, the air conditioner system was quite a bit louder than expected. "We were stopped by security twice about a closed area without a sign. I wish there where more signs up about places allowed and not allowed. Rooms were just okay. We didnt have a nice window view, felt like we were being watched by the apartments next door, so the curtains stayed closed. Both times i had to go to the front desk no one was there and no one came out only to check is in."

"The only thing I could find as a negative - no mini fridge.
It has an old building charm with the water pipes making noise. This is honestly not a complaint, it felt like that fits intentionally with the atmosphere of the hotel. The room was clean. The art was interesting. And the star, the penguin.
We will be staying here again."
