"This island is AMAZING! Everything from the gorgeous water, snorkeling, kayaking, well appointed cabanas, friendly staff, to the phenomenal food! My husband and I really enjoyed our relaxing vacation. We love that it wasn’t a party atmosphere but a laid back and enjoyable one. We had the island to ourselves most of the time with day trippers only staying for part of the day. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique getaway suitable for lovebirds or families!"

"A lot of care has clearly been taken to make this property as good as it could possibly be. It is genuinely like staying in a property that the owners use themselves (which I believe they do). We loved it. Home from home. Fabulous view. No awful seaweed (including no smell). Everything is fresh and new. Lovely airy high ceilings throughout. Air-con works as it should and ceiling fans as well. Games around pool, kayaks, lots of big comfy outdoor furniture, pool towels, bikes, floatation vests...

"This apartment was small but modern and super cute—perfect for our family of four. The two beds were just right, and having a kitchen made it easy to make breakfasts before heading out on tours, plus it was great for reheating dinner leftovers for lunch.The real highlight was the location. Tucked at the very end of the sidewalk, it struck the perfect balance: close enough to walk to all the shops and restaurants, yet far enough away to stay quiet and peaceful. "This was a fantastic condo. It has 4 units and shared laundry. We had the front unit looking at the owners house. Not really sure how they plan on parking for 4 cars as they are rebuilding the property fences. More than likely, golf carts only in the future. Anyway....EVERYTHING WAS FANTASTIC! And you have resort access for 2 other places as well. This was one of the few places on the boardwalk we could park a car because we were passing though going south. These folks get 6 of 5...

"Carmen and the staff truly care about you and your stay !!! So nice to see service has not gone out of style. Minor issues with cutlery and toilet that just need a chain. However requires a trip to Mango Creek. I'm sure it will get done. "

"I have been coming to Placencia for 20 years, and I so wish I'd known about this beautiful property before now! It's so clean, pretty and perfectly stocked with everything you need - better than some of the huge, million dollar plus VRBO homes I've stayed in. It's also the perfect location! I will absolutely be staying here again and could not recommend it more highly."

"I had the most amazing time. The house was absolutely beautiful. The woodwork (repurposed wood) created a very comfortable and chill vibe. The house was fully loaded and spacious. The view was unbelieveable anytime you looked at it. It was very quiet and really nice to escape the day to day things that go on. I was able to just shut off…but still had wi-fi :). Everything was within walking distance, the people were so friendly, people crossing on the side walk or anywhere would great you...

"Very clean. Carmen the manager was great and so we're all the staff. Right on the main street and all the restaurants, about 150yd from the beach, 100yds from the beach sidewalk. If you have 2 good legs you don't need transportation to access everything in town. Fairly quiet."

"Perfect location, their is a supermarket just next door. The saff is very helpfull and friendly. The only thing I would add is a place to unpack your clothes. The property has no storing nor hangers for your clothes. In the bathroom there are no towel hooks which could be nice to have. The toiletries could have more comfortable dispensers and not just small wooden cups"

"O atendimento da Odalis e dos proprietários foi excelente, conseguimos fazer o checkin ainda pela manhã, o que nos ajudou muito, e todos foram muito gentis em nos dar dicas. A propriedade é super agradável, e muito perto da praia e da famoso calçadão de Placencia. Ótimas opções de alimentação super próximas. Entretanto, os equipamentos da cozinha não eram muito bons, mas ainda assim conseguimos cozinhar. Pelas fotos, esperávamos um quarto mais novo talvez, mais confortável. A cama não era boa, os lençóis não eram de algodão, e estavam bem velhos, com manchas, o banheiro também não era bom. Em Placencia, em geral, os valores são altos pelo que oferecem. "
