"This was my 3rd or 4th stay here, and my favorite spot in all of Maine. Even on a rainy or snowy day, it’s gorgeous. This is an older home with lots of charm, the most breathtaking views of the harbor, and everything you could need to enjoy time here indoors or out. I almost hate to add photos, as it will drive demand for this spot even higher. It’s just a stunningly beautiful space and it’s very hard to leave!"

"Our stay was fabulous! This 3rd floor apt was so well decorated and so clean, plus it came with a view we absolutely loved! The location, in the very heart of Boothbay Harbor, could not have been better. Little shops and great restaurants lined the streets, Our hosts, Mark and Patty could be reached in person or by text at any time. They were wonderful hosts. We rate our experience a 10 out of 10 and hope to go back!"

"As advertised, except for the "walking distance to downtown." It's over a mile, no sidewalks, very hilly bendy road, difficult for cars and the plethora of work trucks to see you. We had some elderly folks planning to stroll into town, but that was a hard no. Maybe ok if you're young and active, but certainly don't plan on safely walking home at night. Otherwise, a pleasant old place. "

"The house is lovely! Spacious and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Natalie was very helpful, responsive and accomodating.I have to say, if it was a hotel, I'd probably give the property itself 3 stars - bathrooms have obvious water damage on the floor, the house itself is worn. It didn't take away from the cozy feel and if it's someone's house and they don't mind those things, then so be it! If it was a hotel, I'd expect management to take care of those issues and keep the property...
