Extrêmement bien situé pour restaurant, night life et Capitol. Très beau et propre. Moins aimé : parking très étroit, flâneur dans la rue / sans abri près de l'entrée et escaliers étroits pour arriver à la chambre. Devrait juste être advertiser pour gens à mobilité réduite. Mais nous allons fortement recommander cet hôtel et planifions y revenir prochainement.

I booked my suite for a weekend trip to Moncton. The location was central and close to where I needed to go so I could walk. Entering the building it was heavily scented. I don't have a sensitivity to that sort of thing but am aware that it would bother some people. Entering my suite I was pleasantly surprised at first. However over time I started to see that there has simply been some very basic renovation done to a old property to give the place a look of sophistication, but looking closely it was not quality work. Some items like towel racks are absent, air exchanger didn't work, and the shower drain plug was broken. I spent very little time in the room my first evening. Dropped bags and left. I came back late and headed to bed after a few phone calls. When I woke up in the morning I started to notice a bad smell. It may have come from the restaurant below (Lobster Bar) or trash cans out side, but it smelled of distant dumpster, or dead rodent. I left for the day at 7:30 AM and returned around 4:00 PM. The smell had not gotten any better. I called the virtual front desk and let the young lady know I was leaving and why. She assured me she would check me out and have management call me. No one has ever called me, and I was not checked out properly. I had to check myself out online the next morning. This was a bad experience that ended in me paying for two nights while cutting my trip short by a day because of a bad odor. I would not recommend this property.

Clean, quiet, easy check in. Right downtown can walk easily to anywhere u need to go. Parking very close to the building, with parking pass provided. Will definitely stay again.

Everything was modern and clean. The communication and ease of check-in/-out was very good. The cleaning crew were all very friendly and helpful. The only negatives would be no elevator, so going up to the 3rd floor with luggage and groceries was sometimes challenging. The washing machine was very loud but cleaned well. I would definitely book again and would suggest these apartments.

Loved the easy access and the parking, the only issue and I only mention it because it was very annoying, is the TV. The banner was not deactivated on the screen, so you the left side of the screen was continuously blocked by the Samsung Banner. There was no remote in the apartment to try to even turn it off. Besides this everything was great.

Where to start? Looks like nobody take care of that property. Brocken doors on the furniture, missing remote control for TV, brocken closet door in bed room. But the most terrifying thing was - we couldn’t flush the toilet. We use the garbage bin to flush manually. Not worth staying here at all. I ask myself - how did the housekeeper clean that toilet?

Good Afternoon Mr. Gabriel,We appreciate you letting us know about the broken door. We immediately sent our maintenance personnel to fix the closet door in the bedroom after you checked out. We apologise for the inconvenience. Our front desk staff did provide instructions on how to operate the low flow toilet when you phoned us for assistance. We realize these toilets require a bit more time to flush than a traditional toilet, but it was functioning as it should. We have never had any problems cleaning them but appreciate your concern. We wished you would have mentioned not being able to find the tv remote when you spoke to our front desk as it was resting on the shelf below the TV right next to the Bell cable box. We are always available for any assistance through our front desk number and provide an after-hours number so we can help our guest anytime. Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback. Pros: in downtown, parking (with a fee) is right there, clean and comfortable unit Cons: if you plan to use the kitchen there is no dishwasher provided, unit has a washer and dryer but no detergent

Thank you for the review Elizabeth! We are happy you found our suite clean and comfortable. We do put 2 laundry pods on top of the dryer for our guest to use. Maybe they slipped off the top and fell in the back of the unit. We are sorry you weren't able to located them. We hope to still see you again in the future!

Was great and people on phone were very helpful when I struggled with the on line check in. The room had a few issues. A broken heater in washroom, wood falling off the wall, and the washer door was broken. But it was clean and comfortable and a great location. With just a few touch ups it would be perfect.

“Free” Parking
It was supposed to be free parking, but I ended up paying as there was no parking pass in the room as there was meant to be. I called their “customer service” number, and the voice mail was full. I also sent an email that went unanswered. I’m surprised that Hotels.com is associated with a company like this.

Location is fantastic! Very clean, quiet, and spacious. One bedroom isn’t quite a “room”, rather a curtained off area in the room, but it worked well for us. We had lots of space for our toddler and infant. The kitchenette is great and is well equipped. Minor improvements - communication about parking passes (which I think need to be purchased during the work week?.... still not sure how to get the $15 per night rate. Room should have an extra blanket or two in case people sharing a bed don’t want to share blankets. An additional bar of soap or small body wash should be provided for the shower.

Nicely renovated, centrally located, clean, ample room, quiet. Didn’t like that there was no cable tv. Parking was supposed to be $15 overnight. We drove in the parking lot at 6:53 pm and checked out the next morning at 11:04 but we were charged $24 instead. Double check this whenever you reserve. Would definitely return and recommend.

it was not as better as renting a hotel room. honestly a hotel would provide you with more stuff( gym, pool, restaurant, parking[you have to pay 25$/day and it doesn’t say that in the description when you rent the lester suite]). our jacuzzi was broken apparently(they told us the second night) so when we used the bathtub, the water would be going down the second floor and into the room under us, we basically flooded there room.. I felt bad for the people staying there
