This spacious and very lovingly furnished apartment has a living room with fitted kitchen and two bedrooms and bathroom / WC and hallway. It is located on the ground floor of the Landhus and faces south to the garden has a private terrace with tables and chairs. In the two bedrooms there are 2 double beds available, if required can be set up for an extra bed or a travel cot. In the living room there is a couch with seating. The bathroom has both shower and bath.

The fully fitted kitchen with 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, water and egg cooker, fridge, etc. leaves nothing to be desired.  Wireless Internet access is available throughout the property for free.

In this room, a small animal is possible upon request for a surcharge.

Welcome to our Karolas country house!   The chic, newly built in 2004 house (last renovation 2018), with its thatched roof and the ruby ​​red walls a real eye-catcher in the picturesque landscape of hills, water and forests. The apartments are spacious, modern and tastefully furnished and have a wonderful view of nature. They really offer everything you need to make a comfortable holiday.   The entire large plot of land is available to the tourists and was lovingly designed by us in every detail. Also for families with children there are many offers: pirate boat, seesaw, table tennis, football and much more. The apartments in the basement have their own terrace with table and chairs, which can be accessed through the patio door. For the guests from the upper floor are sufficiently cozy sitting areas in the garden furnished. If you are tired of the beach, your own beach chairs are available for sunbathing on the farm. Here you can relax in a quiet corner of the property, overlooking the bay and the range of the Great Zicker.

Lawn and barbecue facilities complete our offer. It goes without saying that ample free parking is available directly at the Landhus. The services of our house include bike and fishing boat rentals, advice on excursions and ticket service and bread service.   Even with full occupancy in the high season Karola's Landhus is pleasantly quiet. With their spacious, modern and comfortable furnishings, they offer unobstructed comfort on cool days, which is important for relaxing days.

For horse lovers: In the immediate vicinity is a riding stable of the Fam. Pischinger. Enjoy high on horseback the romantic, varied nature of the island of Rügen. (Especially popular in the off season).
