Our Island Villa is spacious, modern,
and relaxed .
After a break from hosting we have opened the door to holiday letting once again 2025 .
We have had many years of being premier hosts and with so many guests returning to our island home.
Take the time to check our history and five star reviews.

Star in the Med a truly tranquil spot with elevated views overlooking the sea, surrounding villages and rural areas.

There are Four Bedrooms .

The Villa has 3 Levels

The top level has a beautiful master bedroom , with en-suite large shower and WC , two stone wash basins .
The master bedroom also has a large stone freestanding bath in the room and a large terrace with amazing views sit and sip an
early morning coffee or enjoy sunset time.

Also on the top level next to the master bedroom there is Bedroom 2
This room has a double bed and one single bed ( No Bathroom) this room also shares terrace with the master bedroom.

Bedroom 3 is on the Lower Level .
This spacious room has a Kingsize bed , sofa, desk and a large en-suite shower room with WC and single stone wash basin.

Bedroom 4 is also on the lower level again a very spacious room with sofa,
table and lounge chair with an en-suite shower, WC and single marble wash basin.

A very well equipped kitchen for foodies who love to cook with plenty of cooking pans, bowls and glassware (previous guests have said the best equipped kitchen they have seen :) .

Lounge & Dining Space lead to the pool terrace and garden, this very spacious living area has four large sofas plush cushions and large dining table. .
The Kitchen is on this ground floor.
Guest WC off of the lounge near the entrance to Villa.

Outside in the lower garden sits a Balinese style large double sun bed lounger to enjoy
the breeze and read a great book or observe the stars at night.
Our guests love this spot.

Around the pool there are comfortable large lounging sofas and a dining table for
al fresco breakfast and dinner.

A few mins drive Village there is a great bakery and mini market
greengrocery and take out eat in eateries.

A Pharmacy and cafe opening soon too.

Near the village church and at the coffee shop/bar you can enjoy a meze or souvlaki.
The best homemade wholesome Cypriot food is available just a few minutes drive where you can eat in or have delivered to the villa.
There are many great Tavernas around the area.
A short drive to Asgata Village you can enjoy a good well priced evening for all the family at ā€œLittle Plates of Asgataā€.
Our Favourite Taverna ā€œDragonā€™s Nest "is a short drive to the village of Pentakomo.
If you are celebrating or want a little more luxury we are on the East side of Limassol close to Five Star Resorts:
Park Lane, Amara, Grand Resort ,Amathus, Four Seasons and St Raphael .

Sailor's Rest is a lovely spot at St Raphael Marina to enjoy sunset drinks, lunch or dinner.
Malindi beach bar and restaurant is at St Raphael beach ( a short 7 minute drive) this is a great spot to keep an eye on the kids whilst enjoying a drink, the water is shallow with a long sandy beach.
There are also many other bars, pubs and restaurants near here too.

If you are sporty or want to try out a new experience there are very good water sports, Kite Surfing , SUP (stand up paddle boarding) just a short drive to the sea road and Quad bike hire/tours in the next village.
Cycling is really popular in our area . Our cycling guests loved our location and the cycling around the island.

Winter evenings keep cosy with underfloor heating and
"dancing flames" RC control modern gas fire.
Multiple lighting systems inside & out. High ceilings spacious living areas.
There is a great relaxing vibe to the property , with interesting decor from travels, photography and artwork.
Games room on the lower level and Gym.

Our location is quiet, near other villages with great tavernas and walks .
Easy access to the highway, enjoy relaxed driving .
Our highways are not so busy ; so you can explore our little island.

Wonderful villa with amazing views

We are so happy we chose to stay at Maries villa. As many reviews are saying - the pictures doesn't do it justice. We found that the best features of the villa was the fully equipped kitchen, the pool and outdoor area. This villa is perfect if you are looking for a place to hang out, enjoy food and relax with your family and friends. The surrounding area is quiet, but the villa is not too far from the main road and a short drive from Limassol. There was a nice bakery a short distance from the villa as well as a shop where you could buy fresh fruit. All in all, you won't regret renting this place. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets! Note: The villa has four bedrooms. This was a bit confusing for us since the description at vrbo said six bedrooms.

This is an amazing villa - it exceeded all expectations. Beautiful and spacious and includes everything you could need. Maria was a fabulous host and very helpful going out of her way to support us during our stay. We had an wonderful time and would love to return

Perfect space to relax

As other reviews have correctly stated, the photos donā€™t do it justice; nor the comments about being well equipped - there were contraptions in the utility room I had never seen before! Marie and Kevin were perfect hosts, there if we needed anything but a discrete stones throw away. The pool area was amazing, from the comfy sun beds to the Bluetooth speaker, lights, BBQ, and numerous seating areas. The bedrooms were all very spacious and the downstairs rooms cool enough to sleep without needing aircon (though there if you wanted it). The kids loved the pool table, gym and the 85ā€ TV complete with Netflix and YouTube. The location is great, but a car needed. Less than 15 mins to numerous bars and restaurants in Limassol, though good take away options also available with menus to hand, and how they know the villa for ease of delivery. Will definitely book again next time we come to Cyprus.

Beautiful spacious villa

We had a lovely 2 week stay. The villa is just 10 minutes drive from Limassol and we did a few outings. The villa is modern and spacious and pretty. Nice varied areas indoors and outdoors so if you are in a group you are not on top of eachother. The owners are helpful and easy to contact with advice or issues.

Great Villa!

Just spent a week in this great villa, and can only recommend it. As others have said, it is far better in reality than in the photos with lots of space both indoors and out, and extremely comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped, and with the gas barbecue it is ideal for cooking your own meals. There is a great pool, and plenty of outdoor areas in sun or shade to relax in. All rooms are spacious with comfy beds, excellent showers, etc. Due to the great weather we spent most of the week outdoors, but the TV, games room, gym, cinema etc means that it would also be ideal more out of season. Good location, just 5-10 minutes of A1 means it is easy to get to lots of the island. The hosts were great, giving lots of advice on what to see and do, and communication was always very responsive. Would definitely recommend and can see why this villa is constantly rated as 5 star.

Simply AMAZING, stunning property

If you are looking to be taken care of like family/royalty, and also enjoy this fantastic home, rent it. What a great house for our first visit to Cyprus. It made all the difference for us to enjoy every morning, and look forward to come home after days of adventures. Beautiful views, tasteful interiors, gourmet kitchen, and ongoing care of our hosts -- far above expectations. Pictures do not do this property justice. Great late sun break

We travelled for my wife's 50th birthday with a range of ages. Safe to say we had a great time. The villa is superb, with all amenities you could possibly need. Maria and Kevin were great resources and helped in all aspects to ensure activities & local knowledge were max'ed. We couldn't have had a better time. Loved it and would be our place of choice when going back to Cyprus. Thanks Maria & Kevin!

Fantastic villa with wow factor

We stayed with 2 adult couples and 2 children and had a fantastic time. From the moment we booked, communication from the hosts was great, and they were on hand throughout our stay, immediately answering any Whatsapp queries, including plenty of local recommendations. We arrived late at night and they left out a lovely welcome basket for us with wine, bread and fruit which was much appreciated. There are some lovely traditional tavernas a short drive away - we particularly enjoyed the small plates restaurant in Asgata and Dragon's Nest. There is also a good bakery a couple of minutes drive away (or 25 mins walk) that is open until 9pm most nights. The villa itself is enormous and has the wow factor as soon as you walk in. The facilities in the kitchen make it feel like a home from home and everywhere was very clean. The outside pool area is fantastic - very peaceful and relaxing, with plenty of different areas to sit and enjoy a drink as the sun goes down. A few restaurants deliver to the villa and you can see why people wonder why you'd want to leave once you're there!

It most certainly is a STAR šŸŒŸ IN THE MED

From the moment I booked this property there was nothing but excellent service. Maria was amazing with directions to the property she gave me a list of places of interest and local amenities and was on hand if we required anything. This Villa is exceptional! Beautifully clean, spacious, modern with a wonderful pool and outside area. We didn't leave, we cooked every day on the barbecue, stayed around the pool, then watched the breath taking sunsets every night. This really is a fabulous place and I would highly recommend. It was a complete surprise for my husbands 40th birthday and he was truly blown away. Can't wait to revist.

We originally booked just before COVID, but had to cancel due to restrictions. Marie and Kevin make the whole process easy and their team are wonderful in keeping everything clean and tidy. The instructions and details are meticulous. Then you arrive at the villa, the pictures do not do the property justice and the whole family were wowed by it from the start. It is a wonderful home and with plenty of room to enjoy time with the family but enough space that you are not on top of each other. The villa is well stocked and we cooked in the kitchen, on the barbecue and enjoyed some of the taverna's as well. The villa is a "Star in the Med" and is a wonderful home and its in beautiful settings allowing you to use the outside area, especially the pool. My children spent everyday in the pool and even had a dip on the day we left. The villa feels comfortable from the time you arrive and the village is charming, quiet and completely safe. We will be booking again and look forward an early return. Ash

Photos to not do justice ( and they are amazing) to this beautiful spacious property. We have just had an amazing week and only felt the need to go out for dinner twice, as it was so beautiful, dining outside and swimming every evening was just heaven - even the teenage kids were happy. Perfect Family Holiday

The villa was everything we wanted and more. It was perfect. The interior of the villa is really special...everything you will need for a complete holiday. The weather was so good that we lived outside...and that space is amazing. The pictures are great but it is even better when you are there. Fabulous views and fantastic to live outside for the week. you need a car and then the beach and shops are all within striking distance. The owners of the villa set up a whatsapp chat and their recommendations...local taxi...food delivery and Dragons Nest Taverna...were all perfect. We will definitely return.

NOT disappointed, WOW

We have been fortunate enough to of stayed in this Villa a few times now, itā€™s like meeting an old friend and how you become so relaxed and settle in very easily. The Villa has everything you can think of to make your stay special, if you want to cook there is a fully functional well equipped kitchen and if you feeling adventurous a BBQ or the traditional clay oven. The views are amazing to the sea or around across the surrounding mountains from sunrise to sunset itā€™s beautiful. The pool is clean and had plenty of use at all hours from the adults and children and not cold at anytime. We also discovered a few more local tavernas this time around and ate out but also had delivered to relax and eat and drink under the night sky and treated to a fireworks display from the nearby hotels in Limassol. This is a beautiful private and secluded Villa tucked away with the owners Kevin and Marie always on hand to deal with any questions or requests, nothing ever to much for them. We had a fabulous time and really managed to unwind and relax, regretting being at home now and wish we were still in Cyprus we miss it already. Thank you for all you had done to make our stay as enjoyable as it was. See you next year Jon

Stunning villa.

A spacious villa, superbly set up for two families. I cannot rate this villa enough , the view is amazing with a lovely pool and well equipped kitchen. The villa is beautifully decorated to a high standard with loads of extras: outdoor kitchen, local area is great if you like walking/hiking/running, gym, cinema room, outdoor lounge, day bed, and x2 stunning balconies. The teenage kids enjoyed their time here although itā€™s not practical for very young children. Maria was a super host and couldnā€™t help us enough. We had family living in the next village so location was ideal.

Stunning Villa for a Relaxing Break

A truly stunning Villa in the peaceful hills of Monagroulli. We traveled to Cyprus for a friends wedding in nearby Limassol and had the best time in this amazing place. The Villa has everything you can ask, a huge open plan living area and very well stocked kitchen with a gym, a game area which has a large pool table, and even a cinema room to relax in. The four bedrooms are all huge with two of them having the added bonus of an outdoor balcony area giving incredible views. The best part though is the outdoor area, a large outdoor pool, hot tub, day bed, BBQ and plenty of places to relax and sunbathe with amazing views of the hills among the palm trees. Marie and her partner were fantastic from start to finish, always contactable and helpful with every single question we had. Marie sent us lots of information before the holiday including where to find the local mini mart and helped me contact a local company for our airport transfers. They are brilliant hosts and ensured we had a great holiday. We really canā€™t recommend this place enough, We just wish we were still there.

Even more beautiful villa in real than in the pictures

Pictures don't do justice for this magnificent, romantic, fabulous villa, which is totally equipped with anything you would need. We loved the variety of lighting, high ceiling and beautiful decor. Truly wonderful

Extraordinary luxury villa with a big heart. Amazing views, very private feel. Many qualities among which the outside area is unbeatable, but also fantastic interior with a lot of extras as billiard, gym, cinema. Kevin and Marie very helpful and kind.

A wonderful experience

We have just spent 10 days here and have found it to be the most relaxing and enjoyable holiday for many years. Marie and Kevin are tremendous hosts, their house is iconic by design and it was incredible to be able to make it our home for a time. Built and fashioned with such a personal touch, modern but surprisingly cozy. A real joy to be able to experience. The pool and views were to die for and the sunsets were unforgettable from the top deck each evening. Many miles of fabulous cycling in the hills behind the house, discovering beautiful villages, with welcoming tavernas and true Cypriot traditions and smiles. We leave with heavy hearts, but refreshed minds and bodies, ready to face the world again (and already excited to return next year)

Amazing villa

This was our first family holiday. We took our daughter 8months on her first holiday. Marie was very accommodating making sure we had everything for us and our baby, including baby bottled water in before we arrived as our flight time was very early morning (2am) and a hamper for us. The property has so much character and is decorated to an excellent standard. Marie gave us so many options and advice on where to go and where to eat it was like having our own tour guide (very useful). The views are breathtaking and the master bedroom has a balcony to watch the sun rise which was just stunning. We also adopted master Jute for the week (the cat) he was so friendly & we welcomed him into our family, especially as our baby loved him and was so excited every time she saw him. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay the only regret was we didnā€™t book a longer one!

Amazing Villa in the hills

This is a fantastic villa, beautifully furnished and very open and spacious - we were 3 adult couples and there was just so much room in the villa both inside and out that we didn't ever feel we were on top of each other. This is the perfect place for a relaxing break, away from the hustle and bustle of the coast, however, there are several lovely beaches within a short drive It is slightly isolated up in the hills but is so well equipped for cooking and BBQ that we chose to lunch out and stay in for most of our evening meals - however, there are several restaurants locally that will deliver and and a lovely authentic little local taverna in the village about 5 mins walk from the villa with a great selection of food and wine. Marie was the perfect host, really responsive to our questions about the area and full of local information including sorting a taxi for our full day trip into the mountains to visit the wineries. I cant recommend this villa highly enough and we will be back next year

Stunning property!!!

This property does not disappoint, even more beautiful than pictures depict - the views are stunning, a true piece of paradise. Kitchen is more than fully equipped and the outside areas are fabulous, especially at night with all the lighting , making bbq nights in, magical - We would thoroughly recommend this house as a chill-out base for exploring Limassol and itā€™s beautiful marina and beyond. Perfectly situated near to the main motorway (but not so near that you can see or hear it) and the b roads which make light of visiting the incredible blue flag beaches and surrounding towns. Totally loved our time here, thank you Marie and Kevin for being wonderful hosts and on hand for anything! The Chadwick-Jones family

Breathtakingly beautiful, immaculately clean, a hidden treasure. Marie and Kevin couldnā€™t have been more helpful and were always available to answer our myriad questions. Clearly this property is a labour of love which shines through in every aspect. Much thought and care has been given to this home. The views are beautiful and the property is breathtaking. Everything you could possibly want is provided for. The kitchen is stocked with every eventuality. There is an added benefit of a further utility room with washing machine and outside space for hanging clothes with plenty of drying racks and pegs. The main living space is both comfortable and beautiful. We loved the design but for those with toddlers you must be aware that the designer stairs are steep with no side. The top floor has 2 lovely bedrooms, the master has a stunning bathroom. Both have a balcony that you can watch sunrise/sunset from. In the basement are a further 2 bedrooms which are the size of a studio apartment in London both with high end en suites. There is also a gym, pool table and cinema room! A huge draw is the fabulous outside space. The pool is clean and big enough for us all to enjoy. When we were there temperatures were on average 36 degrees so the water was warmed and easy to just slide right into. There is plenty of seating and dining space which is covered, a blessing in the very hot sun. The day bed at the back of the garden is a perfect place to relax and at night watch the stars. Magical.
