This beautiful, bright 35 sqm apartment with a view overlooking the principality is ideally located a few minutes from Monaco. Very bright this apartment can accommodate up to 4 people (double bed and sofa bed available). A washing machine and a Wifi connection are also included. Linens and towels will be provided. The apartment is ideally located a few minutes from Monaco. You will get lost in the many passages, squares and small gardens. The numerous staircases of Beausoleil have earned it the name of "Little Montmartre". You can also appreciate the panorama on the Mediterranean Sea and on the coast of the French Riviera. The neighborhood is charming and welcoming, with many shops, bars and restaurants.

Note that there are paying parking spaces near the apartment for an amount of 10€/day.

A bus stops in the immediate vicinity of the building and takes you to the city center of Beausoleil and Monaco

- Two bus stops in front of the building 11 et 13 to Monaco .
- The bus number 11,take you to the train station of Monte-Carlo and you can take it getting out of the train station to the flat (latest bus 19.30)
- Train station, 6 minutes away by car or by bus n°11
- Nice airport, 30 minutes away by car.

A set of bed linens and towels is provided per person during your stay and are included in the cleaning fee. An arrival kit awaits you to allow you to start your vacation. this kit includes: small soaps and shampoos, coffee, rolls of toilet paper and trash bags.

The cleaning costs include the cleaning that you will not have to do at the end of the stay and the rental of sheets and towels
