Equipped with a double bed (bedroom) and a sofa bed in the living room, it can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children. The apartment has an American kitchen and air conditioning. It is located 5 minutes walk from Eze Village and 10 minutes from Monaco by car. Wifi is provided as well as bed and bath linen.

Accommodation:

The apartment consists of a living room with sofa bed, television, Wifi and dining table. At the back of the room an open kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, cooking equipment and dishes.

You then have a bathroom with toilet and sink as well as a washing machine and finally the bedroom with plenty of storage space which opens onto the terrace like the living room.
The terrace is spacious and offers a fantastic view of the sea and the village of Eze and Saint Jean Cap-Ferrat. A table allows you to have meals there.
There is air conditioning in the apartment as well as parking and a swimming pool open to the public from May 3 to October 3.

Guest access:

Travelers must have a car since Eze Village is a charming medieval village overlooking the sea. However, there is bus 602 which passes through the village and takes you either to Nice or Monaco. For people who have a car, an outdoor parking space is reserved for them.

To be able to connect to the television, you must switch to the HDMI 3 source of the television.
