Disgusting and foul

Place was dirty and tired, also the first picture on the ad is of the casino, NOT the place you are staying. When i told management that the place was disgusting I was told I could leave, because the manager was more concerned about talking with the owner of the property then making it right. The phone number listed on the ad was wrong, I am glad I found someone on the train to help me navigate this. Finally, the place is run down, and very small, maybe 30 square meters. with a Murphy bed, and bar stools that are stained from decades of use, the bathroom was truly disgusting, from the hairs in the shower to the stained ceiling, as well as the pealing paint. The marble balcony was covered with filth to the point where it was unusable. And finally, the building leans slightly toward the sea, so the bed is not level, and of course it's a two story walk up. Save your money, the place is terrible

Clean convient and comfortable studio apartment

The apartment was nice and comfortable in a greta neighborhood on a beautiful street. It has a nice balcony overlooking Rue de Roses. It is a small studio with a Murphy bed. There is a small galley kitchen and has a washing machine in the bathroom. The sleeping accommodation is a murphy bed and it takes up significant space when down. There is a nice table and chairs for two which can be placed outside on the balcony .
