Stay at another hotel. Do not eat in hotel.
The worst hotel ever which is absolutely overpriced for the low quality and lack of hygienic standards. Breakfast food expired 6 months ago like jam in the photo. And even when you report this, staff doesn’t care and is rude. Staff mainly in vallet parking and breakfast area are super rude. Staff on reception is acceptable. If you do not bring a Ferrari or Lamborghini the staff says they have no space available in garage. If you are unlucky to have booked this hotel do not get surprised that hotel room will not have electricity and you need to wait half an hour for Someone to come to solve the problem. Do not get surprised if your room has not been vacuum cleaned. It is normal even if you book the top category rooms. You need to ask specifically for it to be done. If you book this hotel come early to do check in because your toilet may be dirty and you will need to wait for lady cleaner. If you arrive late at night bring some cleaning wipes for you to clean the toilet from previous customers. Before you come to hotel please buy shampoo and soap because the hotel only supplies one small supply of one shampoo and shower gel to be shared among all the guests of the room. Bring your sleeping mask since the curtains are not good enough to stop light to pass to the room. Be prepared to have a room with cigarettes d b nm smell. From 4 lifts 2 were not working so be prepared to wait 10 min for you to get your lift And crowded (6-8 people)

Hotel interessante com praia privada
Sem dúvida um dos hotéis mais interessantes de Monaco por ter sua própria praia privada, com excelente estrutra para banho de sol e mar. Fácil estacionamento próximo (um bem em frete a portaria do hotel) além de ótimas opções de restaurantes para ir a pé.

A hotels.com e que não tem sido coreto comigo pois recebi a confirmação de vocês dizendo que no pagamento estava incluído o café da manha, e para minha surpresa no check out tive que pagar pelo café da manha, aguardo a resposta de vocês para depois tomar minhas providências acionando o Procon pois o documento enviado a mim deixa claro que o café da manha estava incluso no pagamento que efetuei. Needs an upgrade
Great location for a conference I was attending. Have stayed here many times but this year you could really tell it needs an upgrade. I paid nearly 600 euro per night for a room where you had to run the water for 5 mins before it would get warm. The bathroom facilities need a massive overhaul. Bar ok but service slow. Breakfast choice poor.
