I don't understand why a person who receives a lot of customers don't speak English.. I try a lot to find a way to communicate but 0 success! In my first day I tell her that I need to do my check out at 9 am. In the morning I send a new message to remember the hour.. What a surprise nobody it was there..after a lot of calls she was very very rude and torn off my calls.. After 45 min she arrived. It was so close to lose my flight! When u arrive to apartment you have to pay a tax for the cleaning but the apartment it's very dirty! Really? You can do better job for that money?
Not a good experience and for sure to not comeback..
