The lovingly landscaped property delights with mature mango, passion fruit, and palm trees, colorful blooming shrubs, and a well-kept lawn. The highlight is the large private pool (12 x 6 m, depth from 0.90 to 2.50 m): refresh yourself during the day, relax on comfortable sun loungers, or splash around with the family – all exclusively for you! The pool terrace features inviting loungers, a cozy seating area with a fridge, and a smart TV for great entertainment.

Living & Comfort:
The villa offers approximately 100 m² of living space with two spacious bedrooms – each equipped with comfortable double beds, mosquito nets, fans, plenty of storage, seating, and private bathrooms (shower/WC). An additional single bed is available in one bedroom.

Well Equipped & Lovingly Decorated:
The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: gas stove, large fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, blender, toaster, and extensive crockery and cutlery. The living area is individually designed with high-quality, handmade African furniture and artwork, and offers satellite TV (English channels), smart TV, Blu-Ray player, and a water dispenser.

Cozy Terraces & Lounge Areas:
Step through grand French doors onto the spacious, covered main terrace with a dining table for up to six people and various sitting areas – perfect for family meals, games, or winding down after exciting days! The covered outdoor swing bed (3 x 2.5 m) is a true highlight and invites the whole family to relax together.
